The Change Maker Program
:: COMING 2024 :: The Change Maker Program (THE CMP) is The IWI: International Women’s Initiative's flagship peer-to-peer leadership and advocacy development program uniting young delegates aiming to have a better understanding of themselves, and how to create an impact on the lives of women within their communities. It is an intensive 3-month program that supports young people in their goal to improve their changemaking skills (both rigid and easy), and invites them to work around IWI’s common mission of achieving the SDGs by 2030. The CMP will culminate with a two day event aimed at strengthening networks and their impact, celebrating successes, building hope and energy around lessons learned during the program, as well as the networks and colleagues attained for social change.
